Mid-Valley Hospital is proud to present the 8th annual Autumn Leaf Run! It will be held on October 11, 2008 at 10 AM. It is open to any and all participants! Whether you are a beginner in it for your health or fun, or you are a dedicated runner looking for a great event in which to participate; This is a great opportunity to test your skill and endurance or to just run for the fun of it. So come join us in the action and start on the road to a healthier life!
There will be three different course routes varying in length and difficulty. There is sure to be a route to fit your goal. There is the option of the 1 mile, and 5, or 10 kilometer run, all of which start and finish on Rose St. in Okanogan.
